Jubulani Travel and Tours (Pty) Ltd is a small family operated business registered in South Africa as a travel agency. Founded by Reynier Roelofse and his wife Petro, the Jubulani dream started in 2012, the business in 2013 and in April 2014 it was registered officially. Sadly, Petro passed away unexpectedly on 2 November 2014 and today Jubulani is running in her memory and in essence celebrating her life.
Reynier is himself a dedicated driver and tourist guide and thus knows the importance of a great South African experience. He is passionate about serving the clients and more than willing to go the 'extra mile' to satisfy.
During the combined 15 years of experience in the tourism industry, the founders started the company after hearing many complaints about organised tour programs in South Africa. Wanting to change the norm and give a better experience, Jubulani was established and vows to bring you fantastic tours in South Africa. They are open for recommendations, flexible in their tours and wishes to always fulfill the wishes of their visitors
By cutting out the middle man, Jubulani saves their valued clients a lot of money. Since the company is a registered Travel Agency, they do the complete package and planning, which minimizes the expenses and overheads; not only to the client, but the company as well.
We strive to keep in touch with our clients and make sure they are satisfied with the program. Confirmation of bookings are sent directly to the client so that there won't be any confusing information. We correspond the places we visit or overnight, as well as contact persons. In all cases we try to supply telephone numbers where somebody can be reached 24 hours per day. This is for those unexpected emergencies which might occur.
